  • Kim Kerby-Dickman

    Instructor

I have always had a passion for sports, activities and fitness-especially lifetime activities. While working in the Kinesiology dept. of a college, I have taught classes in almost every area of fitness. With a background of dance , aerobic exercise became very popular. Then, when Pilates made its debut, it was evident that this area could benefit, support and prolong the health of every person who took classes. I have enjoyed learning, practicing, and teaching the many areas the make up Pilates. I believe that there is a Pilates class for everyone.

  • Sherry Jones

    Instructor

Sherry Truett-Jones, a native Texan, is a life long competitor. Her athletic background includes softball, basketball, and track. She is a 2000 graduate from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Management. Fitness has always been part of her life and she is passionate about sharing it with others by leading energetic, challenging and fun classes. Having earned her Personal Training and Group Fitness certification in 2004, she has been teaching individual and group fitness ever since. Always trying different fitness classes, she fell in love with Pilates after trying a class 5 years ago, really noticing the definition and strength in her core. She is dedicated to helping others (both athletes and non- athletes alike) discover the benefits of consistently practicing Pilates. Her favorite aspect of Pilates is the mind, body, and breath connection. She really enjoys watching that “light bulb” moment when people slow down the movement of the exercise and feel that connection. Completion of the Club Pilates Teacher Training 500-hour Comprehensive Educational Program, has and will continue to allow Sherry to hone her craft and add multiple dimensions to her training repertoire. Her ability to connect personally with her clients makes her one of the best! “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness” – Joseph Pilates

  • Rebekka Reynolds

While training for a marathon 3 years ago she injured her foot and rehabbed through Pilates. At that time Rebekka decided to pursue becoming an instructor as a career path. She recommends Pilates to everyone, regardless of their fitness goals, injuries or ailments and loves having the opportunity to assist others in achieving their personal fitness goals. Rebekka and her husband live in North Richland Hills along with her four human children and two, four legged children. Her favorite Joseph Pilates quote is "above all, learn to breathe correctly" as she has seen the most results in Pilates due to the mind body connection of the practice.

  • Kimberly Wesley

    Instructor

Kimberly began practicing Pilates in 2009 for fitness reasons and quickly decided to make it the foundation of my exercise regimen. By 2011, I had obtained a 600 hour comprehensive certification from Power Pilates and in 2014, I received a 250 hour yoga teacher certification. Though I love the physical aspect of Pilates, the focus on mind and breath have had the greatest impact on overall quality of life.

  • Tanya Ames

    Instructor

Tanya graduated from Providence College with a B. S. in Marketing. She has always enjoyed exercise to bring balance to her life. A broken foot solidified this passion: she could still practice mat Pilates with a broken foot! Tanya received her Pilates certification through the Club Pilates comprehensive teacher training program. She is also a certified Inferno Hot Pilates instructor since 2016. Tanya takes great joy in building her classes as she is putting together a class that she herself would love to take…Pilates is Tanya’s happy hour, or 2 or 3.

  • Cheryl Bryson

    Instructor

I fell in love with Pilates nearly 15 years ago. I took a class and was instantly hooked. I am so impressed that Club Pilates has ALL the equipment. Most studios have some of the equipment, but CP has it all! I love teaching and am so happy to be able to share my passion with our members.

  • Stephanie Hoeven

    Instructor

Stephanie began her Pilates journey in 2005, taking mat classes at a local gym. She fell in love with how the mind body connection brought her inward and how capable she felt for the first time. She believes exercise should contribute to the life you want to live, making your daily activities feel effortless. In 2008, Stephanie became certified on the reformer and began teaching classes. She has since become a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and in 2017 went through Club Pilates teacher training. When Stephanie is not at the studio you can find her exploring hiking trails with her dog, Buck.

  • Rhea Hedin

    Instructor

My love for teaching exercise started in a swimming pool when I was a college lifeguard. The woman I was teaching was 80 years old and learning to swim for the first time. Blessing others with movement and, as a result healthier bodies, is my joy. I’ve taught cardio and strength training for over 30 years and in 2008 became certified in Pilates mat and standing mat. In 2009 I studied equipment training and became certified by the Physical Mind Institute. In May of 2019 I earned a Masters in Sports Management and Administration from SNU where I was an adjunct professor in Kinesiology the last 8 years. I am certified with ACE, Barre Above, and PMA. I am married with a collection of 7 kids and 4 cats spread between Texas and Oklahoma. Someone once told me Pilates is like swimming on land. By using resistance, the entire range of motion of the body part is strengthened evenly. I love the balance and alignment that comes from doing Pilates, and how it blesses everyday movement in our lives.
