I'm a believer
I went to Bebe to help with my TMJ issues that I've had after being a teeth grinder and clincher. She did a fabulous job relaxing my TMJ, neck and head muscles. Bebe asked me to do breathing exercises during my therapy and she used massage therapy with warm rocks. It was exactly what I needed! I'm a believer! My plan is to go a couple more times to resolve this issue and then periodically for relaxation and as a stress reducing technique
